You'd be better off to ask on either an NI forum or a Logic forum.KOMPLETE KONTROL M32 has everything you could ask for when making music. That is, assuming the transport truly won't work with Logic (that seems really odd that it wouldn't be supported though). If NI KK32 can allow CC messages to be assigned to the transport buttons it will absolutely work even if the default transport mode will not. Now Logic can "learn" that when it sees CC33 it will Play (there's a specific process you can go through in Logic but it's super easy). If assignable, you assign CC33 let's say to the Play Button. These things send MIDI Messages that are called "Continuous Controller" or "Control Change" Messages - or CC for short. Sometimes the transport buttons are assignable just like the rest. and usually come with software that lets you assign CC messages to the various elements. Keyboards have "control elements" such as knobs, sliders, buttons, etc. Assuming the default transport controls don't work, what you need to find out is if CC messages can be assigned to the Transport buttons.
